Subject: Recertify on local server
Feedback Type: Problem
Product Area: Notes Client
Technical Area: Administration
Platform: Windows
Release: 8.5.2
Reproducible: Always

Having a POP3/SMTP client installation only (no Domino Server) the Notes user still need to be recertified. Trying to do so (by sending an exported id file (user.id) to myself end using the "cert.id" for the certification) I get an error message "field in note has wrong data type".
This happens when pressing "Certify" button after bypassing two "Entry not found in index" for the certifyer id and for the user id.

How to handle this? I do not want my mail file to get locked for me when my user certification expires.
